Erin Taylor is a warm, down-to-earth Clinical Psychologist based in Tasmania’s Huon Valley, dedicated to helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, and life’s challenges with practical, evidence-based care. We call it help.

Vision

Erin is a registered Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA and Medicare and has been working in the mental health field for over a decade. Her approach is practical and evidence-based, blending warmth and curiosity with clear guidance and strategies to help clients move forward.

She has experience working with adults of all ages, providing therapy for anxiety disorders, complex trauma, PTSD, personality disorders, depression, alcohol use, and fertility-related challenges. Erin values collaboration and respects that each client brings their own expertise about their life, ensuring therapy is always tailored to what each individual needs.

Originally from Victoria, Erin has worked in various settings across Australia, including private practice, hospitals, and community health. She now calls Tasmania’s Huon Valley home, offering telehealth and in-person sessions to support clients locally and across the state.

Erin believes therapy is about more than just managing symptoms; it’s about fostering genuine connection, building resilience, and helping clients live in a way that feels more aligned and fulfilling. Her style is warm and relaxed while remaining structured and focused, creating a safe environment for clients to explore and grow.

Outside of her work, Erin enjoys spending time in nature, reading, and being part of the local Huon Valley community, which reflects her commitment to living a balanced and meaningful life.
